DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

 

In God’s Presence—Larry and Lesa O’Neal

 

“In God’s Presence” is a six (6) week study designed to:

·         Help you develop a meaningful, well-balanced and daily prayer life; and,

·         Help you pray effectively with other believers

The study approach is individual study during the week using materials developed by T.W. Hunt and Claude King.  The weekly small group meeting provides participants an opportunity to share with others what God is showing them about prayer and to apply what they are learning by praying together.

Living Your Christian Values

 

We all have one deep inside—a treasure chest that contains all the things we value in life.  You’ve been collecting your values from the time you were born, so you acquired many of them before you became a Christian.  Now that you are a child of God, It’s time to examine our values in light of your relationship with Him and determine which ones need to be thrown out and which new ones need to be added.  This is important because ultimately you become what you value.  Living Your Christian Values is a practical guide that will help you sort out your values and replace inappropriate values with ones that honor God.  By studying and applying five basic values over six weeks, you can begin to fill your treasure chest with the essentials to Christian living.
